I'm always drawn to your gallery by the thumbnails. Your manipulations have a very painterly quality
and I enjoy the scenes you portray. They are magical, moody and sometimes funny. I hate giving criticisms but you asked, so...
As in this example, some of your components have a 'cut-out' look, they are too sharp. I have very little
photomanipulation experience but I think you need to blur some outlines and refine others. Also, background colors (as with these deer)  
could be a bit desaturated to create a better sense of depth. Hope this helps to create more naturally 'believable' images.
